Thruport Technologies Becomes Platinum Sponsor of Fairfax County Police Benevolent Fund and Billy Moore Memorial Golf Tournament

ALEXANDRIA, VA and WOBURN, MA, August 15, 2003 - Thruport Technologies, an Alexandria-based application service and Internet hosting provider, has teed up for a third year year of sponsorship with the Billy Moore Memorial Golf Tournament. Proceeds from the Tournament support the Fairfax County Police Benevolent Fund. This year Thruport has increased their support from Gold Sponsorship to Platinum Sponsorship, in recognition of the hard work and sacrifice made by Fairfax County law officers and their families.

About the Billy Moore Memorial Golf Tournament
The Billy Moore Memorial Golf Tournament will be held August 21, 2003 at the Twin Lakes Golf Course, 6201 Union Mill Road, Clifton, VA. Registration begins at 7AM, Tournament play begins at 8AM. Information is available by calling 703-631-9099.
